Private coaching is a one on one coaching program ranging from 3 to 6 months, two 50 minutes sessions per month. I will be by your side step by step to help you prioritize your goals, form action steps, and make long-lasting lifestyle changes in order to live a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life.

- Let go of deprivation, starvation, guilt feeling and food restriction
- Let go of obsessive health behaviors (like calorie counting or excessive exercising,…)
- Improve your body image
